If you've ever tried to find an oboe teacher, you know it's close to impossible. But we have an outstanding oboe teacher - Jeanine Reinier. She's also Associate Principal Oboist with the Fairfax Symphony and plays with the Baltimore Opera Orchestra. She'll be soloing with an orchestra next year with the Vaughn-Williams Oboe Concerto.

She teaches oboe, woodwinds, beginning piano, music theory, and oboe reed making in the DC Metro area.

All three of my kids love her and you can reach her at 240-413-0292.

Starting tomorrow, on Friday of each week I'll be posting about something to do with kids in DC. This week I'll talk about VisArts in Rockville.
